Together We Proved Love Breaks Barriers: Welcome Back

Thanks to everyone who participated in last year’s Summer of Library Love: Fine Forgiveness. We welcomed back more than 3,000 library members whose borrowing privileges were restored.  

Here's some key highlights of the Summer of Library Love: Fine Forgiveness 2018.  View the infographic below. 

  • 3,556 Library members’ borrowing privileges were restored
  • More than 20,000 Library members had their fines forgiven
  • There was a total of $252,281 in fines forgiven
  • The oldest book returned: Try It Again, Charlie Brown, by Charles Schulz, was due in 1977
