Every year we strive to keep our New Year’s resolutions. But it’s a lot harder to keep New Year’s resolutions than it is to make them. What if you could start your New Year’s resolutions for free and with the support of a community of learners? You can do that, with your library card. Sign up for one today!

Here’s how to make your New Year’s resolutions happen with your library card.

With an Alameda County Library card, you can:

  • Set new career goals by strengthening your job and interview skills
  • Learn a new language
  • Take a yoga class to manage stress
  • Broaden your cultural horizons with free and low-cost passes to museums
  • Read more with free access to books, eBooks, and eMagazines
  • Join a book club
  • Cut down on your budget by streaming movies and music for free
