Macmillan Publishers has decided to limit readers’ access to new eBooks. Beginning November 1, 2019, Macmillan Publishers will limit libraries to purchase only one copy of each new eBook for the first eight weeks after its release.
What Does This Mean?
This will mean longer wait times for people who borrow eBooks from libraries.
