Have you or a family member ever served in the military? Visit our new Veterans Resource Centers at the Fremont Main and Dublin Libraries, made possible through grants from the California State Library, in partnership with CalVet. Thanks to this funding, we now offer a variety of resources for veterans and their family members!

Our Veterans Resource Centers at the Fremont Main and Dublin Libraries offer many resources, including:

  • Trained volunteer veteran benefit coaches available to meet with veterans or their family members
  • Help to determine whether veterans or their family members qualify for benefits such as employment, education, healthcare, housing, and more
  • A collection of books relating to veterans’ needs

Volunteer veteran benefit coaches are available to meet with veterans or their families several hours per week. Meeting with a volunteer veteran benefits coach is free, and no appointment is required. Fremont Main and Dublin Libraries also host library programs for veterans.
